Memorial Day Weekend 2012

We spent part of Memorial Day weekend in Englewood, CO with Brett's family.

Elly was fascinated with the neighbor's dogs. She loves animals!

We went to the petting zoo in the park.

On Monday, we went to Rocky Mountain Natl. Park with cousins John, Amy, and Emerie.

This weekend we found out if Elly will be having a little sister or a little brother in September.

It's been an amazing year, a year of firsts...

APRIL - Welcome Ellysia, born in Illinois!! Gma Thompson came to visit. 1st Easter.

MAY - Gma Winkel came to visit, 1st trip to Nauvoo.

JUNE - Moved to Colorado. 1st airplane trip to Utah.

JULY - Moved into our home in Loveland.

SEPTEMBER - Road trip to Utah, Las Vegas, California (met the rest of the grandparents and cousins.)

OCTOBER - 1st snowfall.

NOVEMBER - 1st Thanksgiving in California.

DECEMBER - 1st Christmas in Colorado.

MARCH - Moved into new house in Loveland.

APRIL - Happy Easter! Happy 1st Birthday party!

At first Elly was taking the cutest, dainty tastes. But then of course, it just fell apart and got messy from there. We had a fun day with friends and family. It was so fun to celebrate Elly's 1st birthday!
